2025 10th International Seminar on Computer Technology, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ISCME 2025) Successfully Concluded!

From September 26 to 28, 2025,2025 10th International Seminar on Computer Technology, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ISCME 2025), along with the 2025 Taishan Academic Forum – Ludong University Micro-Nano Sensors and Systems Special Forum, was grandly held in Yantai, Shandong Province, and achieved complete success. The event was hosted by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, organized by Ludong University and the AEIC Academic Exchange Center, and co-organized by Yantai University and the Shandong Provincial Laboratory of Advanced Materials and Green Manufacturing. The forum focused on cutting-edge topics and the latest research achievements in the fields of sensors, mechatronics, and automation systems, facilitating in-depth discussions and exchanges.

Vice President Yue Yuanbin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Ludong University, delivered a passionate speech. In his address, he introduced the development history, disciplinary strengths, and academic influence of Ludong University in related fields to the participants. He also extended sincere gratitude to the guests attending from afar and wished the forum fruitful results.

During the keynote session, Professor Fang Xudong from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Researcher Li Bowei from the Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Yang Wenguang from Yantai University, and Associate Professor Li Guangli from Hunan University of Technology shared their cutting-edge achievements and profound insights in the fields of computer technology and mechanical electrical engineering. They conducted deep discussions on industry development trends and future research directions. These high-quality presentations were rich in content and featured novel perspectives, sparking enthusiastic discussions on-site. Many scholars actively participated, creating a lively atmosphere for academic exchange.

In addition, young scholars from many domestic and international universities and research institutions shared their innovative research results through oral presentations and poster displays. Their unique research perspectives and novel methodologies demonstrated the vibrant vitality and innovative energy of young talents in this field, injecting fresh intellectual impetus into the conference.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Zhang Zhuqing, Director of the Yantai Intellectual Property Protection Center, introduced the center’s roles, achievements, and honors in intellectual property work in Yantai, and invited experts and scholars to provide suggestions on entrepreneurship.

In the afternoon session, Professor Chen Xueye from the School of Transportation at Ludong University led experts and scholars on a visit to the university’s laboratories, providing a detailed introduction to the labs’ development history, research focus, and latest scientific research outcomes.

After the forum, many experts and scholars expressed heartfelt thanks for the meticulous organization and sincere invitation. They commented that the forum’s content was substantial and rewarding, which not only broadened their academic horizons but also helped them meet numerous peers. This laid a solid foundation for future academic cooperation and exchange. Ludong University stated that it will continue to strive to build more high-quality platforms for exchange and collaboration among scholars in related fields, jointly promoting technological progress and innovative development in computer technology and mechanical electrical engineering.
